The mission of The JDL Foundation is to provide remedial and enrichment opportunities to children with a determined financial or critical need.  In partnership with local schools, the JDL Foundation allows teachers, counselors, administrators and support staff to identify a child’s unmet need and apply for a grant.

Foundation resources will not be used for scholarships or opportunities and activities that are regularly available to children through their schools.  The John D. Langley Foundation funds remedial and supplemental opportunities that will uniquely and personally benefit applicants who do not have these opportunities available to them from another source.
